These terms define the procedure for ordering, paying and shipping the products as well as the complaints for products listed on this website. Mister Maginsky website can be used for your own private purpose without additional fees where the website usage is defined with following terms and conditions. By using Mister Maginsky website, you are agreeing to all of the terms and conditions and they can be updated by us from time to time. You should check this page regularly to take notice of any changes we may have made.

Foxy Ltd is the seller and the website visitor is a buyer who fills in the online order, sends it to seller and pays with credit card or PayPal.


Buyer orders product or products using the online order form.

Buyer is any person who places an online order for at least one product, fills in the required data and confirms the order.

All prices are in Euros and include VAT but all payments will be completed in Croatian currency. Buyer has the additional option to check the prices in Croatian Kuna, US dollar and UK pound.

All products are ordered by clicking on desired product, filling in the online form and saving it in the shopping cart. Product is ordered when the buyer chooses and confirms the payment method. When the buyer confirms the payment method the product is considered to be ordered.


Ordered products are paid online with Pay Pall account or with one of the following credit cards: American Express, MasterCard, Diners or Visa.

All payments will be effected in Croatian currency. The amount your credit card account will be charged for is obtained through the conversion of the price in Euro into Croatian kuna according to the current exchange rate of the Croatian National bank. When charging your credit card, the same amount is converted into your local currency according to the exchange rate of credit card associations. As a result of this conversion there is a possibility of a slight difference from the original price stated in our web site.


Ordered products are securely packaged to avoid any parcel damage during the shipping process. When the buyer receives the parcel he/she is responsible in checking if there is any damage to the parcel. If this is the case, he/she should report this to the deliverer (employees of courier companies responsible for delivering the parcel). Seller waives all responsibility for parcel damages incurred during shipping.

Seller is obligated to send the parcel to the buyer once the online payment is approved. After receiving the confirmation of the payment form the seller is obligated to send the parcel within five working days.

After courier company (company responsible for parcel delivery) receives the buyers parcel, the seller is no longer responsible for the shipping process or any shipping delays.


Seller is obligated to deliver a product which is technically valid and meets product description given on Product pictures on the website may not exactly match the real product appearance and the buyer cannot file a complaint for that.

If buyer receives faulty product, he/she may complaint within four working days from receiving the product. Seller will sort out any issues with faulty items straightaway and as soon as buyer discovers a fault, seller advise to immediately contact Customer Care team on Seller will then send the buyer a substitute product in a time period of three working days. The buyer may not have a refund but will receive a substitute product.
Seller is not responsible for eventual parcel damages or other liabilities which are in domain of the courier company (company which delivers parcels).

If buyer’s parcel is missing, please contact seller customer care team on with the order number and the missing parcel name. Seller will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Service offered by does not cover your expenses for using computer equipment and expenses for services which provide you access to our website. Foxy Ltd is not responsible for phone, internet usage or any other expenses which could incur.

Foxy Ltd provides you with best possible service but it cannot guarantee that the service on will meet your requirements. Also, Foxy Ltd cannot guarantee that service will be flawless. Credit card purchase security statement

Confidentiality of your information is protected and secured by using SSL encryption. Pages for web payment are secured by using Secure Socket Layer (SSL) protocol with 128-bit data encryption. SSL encryption is a data coding procedure for prevention of unauthorized access during data transfer. This enables a secure data transfer and prevents unauthorized data access during communication between user and Webteh WebPay Payment Gateway and vice versa. Webteh WebPay Payment Gateway and financial institutions exchange data by using their virtual private network (VPN) which is also protected from unauthorized access. Webteh is PCI DSS Level 1 certified payment service provider. Credit card numbers are not stored by Merchant and are not available to unauthorized personnel.

Security code

Security code is 3-digit or 4-digit number which is printed on the credit card, this code is not stored on magnetic tape and it is not appearing on merchandise receipts. Security code is a proof that you possess a credit card when you are making an online purchase and it reduces risk of credit card frauds. The placement of the security code depends on your credit card.

For chosen credit card fill in the security code by following these instructions:

American Express security code is a 4-digit number printed on the front of your card. It appears after and to the right of your card number.

MasterCard, Maestro and Visa have a 3-digit security number printed on the back of your card on the signature field.

If you cannot find the security number on your Maestro credit card than you do not need to provide it.
